Each book in this series gets better than the last. It’s nice to see Rafe and Mikhael become more heroic than “sex is the only thing on their mind” mentality of the first book.
Emma at first seems to have matured, then she goes ahead and does the same stupid stuff she did in previous books which makes it hard to like her. Lots of revelations in this book, as well as action and character growth with Mikhail and Rafe.
