Main characters – Tyler ‘Hammer,’ Avery
At twenty-five Avery is on the run from her family. She found a place she thought she could settle and opened up a coffee shop, in South Carolina. She keeps her head down and lives and breathes her coffee shop.
Tyler ‘Hammer’ is president of the Devil’s Riot MC Southeast. He became president after a rival gang murdered his brother and his wife, kidnapped his niece and left his nephew for dead. He’s tough as nails and lived his life with only his MC brothers and nephew so he’d never have to go through that again.
Avery didn’t realize that renting a home near a biker was going to change her life. When she comes home tired and exhausted from work, she finds her home destroyed. Hammer notices her running terrified out of her home and steps in, not realizing she’s about to change his world too.
Hammer’s trying to deal with a mole in his club, the Supreme Masters and a rival gang encroaching on his territory, he does not need more drama. Something about Avery pulls at him and makes him want to hold her tight, claiming her and doing his best to keep her safe. Their past makes their road bumpy but I enjoyed reading about this couple.
Sweet with bad, ass MC drama, saving women from scum. Land starts this new series with carry over of existing issues from the Devil’s Riot club as well as giving them their own unique problems to solve.
