Main characters – Xadren, Lily
Xadren is a Balvanite, a gargoyle like race. He has worked for years as a security guard until he over hears the wrong thing and is now hiding out on an outlaw planet, Reazus Prime.
Lily was kidnapped from Earth by alien slavers, who’s escape pods end up crashing on Reazus Prime. Stranded, in nothing but her nightie on a strange alien planet.
Xadren’s on the run from assassins, Lily is on the run from bounty hunters and slavers. He quickly realizes the little human he found doesn’t stand a chance on her own. He’ll get her to safety and go on his way but soon realizes he doesn’t want to let her go.
Xadren was adorable, even when he made mistakes, taking care of his tiny human. He may not have been looking for a mate but Lily brings out his mating instincts.
Lily might be a damsel in distress at the moment but she’ll do her best to hold her own and protect the sexy gargoyle that protected her.
A quick, easy read, with a little danger, insta attraction and steamy heat.
